• Where are your pick-up locations?

-- Depending on which manufacturer we use, the pick-up locations are either DOUGLAS GA 31535, or WILLACOOCHEE GA 31650

• How much of a deposit is required at time of order?

-- Depending on options the minimum deposit is $500.00 and we adjust the deposit based on options, you may use a credit card, send a cashiers check, or money order to begin your order, For remaining balance payment, we accept certified checks, money orders and bank transfers. Business and personal checks are accepted, but must clear the bank prior to delivery.

• What is the average lead time I will need to order a trailer?

-- The lead time is based on the manufacturer's schedule, typically 1 to 3 weeks is standard depending on options and manufacturer

• What size ball do I need to pick trailer?

-- You will need a 2 inch ball for any of our single axle trailers and a 2 5/16 inch ball for any tandem axle trailers

• What kind of plug will I need to pick-up the trailer?

-- You will need a 4-way "flat pin" plug for any single axle (without brakes) and a round 7-way (RV TYPE) bargeman plug for any tandem axle trailers (with brakes)

-- We are a family owned business that strives on availability and responsiveness to our customers' needs. We are available Mon - Sat from 8 AM to 6 PM.
